Hello and welcome
My name is Eloise (she/her), and I am a psychologist and board approved supervisor working in Brisbane, Queensland.
My intention is to provide a warm, compassionate and healing space for you to feel heard and supported. I am interested in building a deep understanding of your story, supporting you to bring forward your voice and using our time together as a mechanism for change.
I am a practicing psychodynamic psychotherapist. This approach allows us to collaboratively explore feelings, thoughts, sensations and body responses in order to understand what your symptoms may be trying to tell us. I provide a space for “slowing down” so that you can reflect, explore and express yourself at your own pace. I offer both short-term and long-term support to adolescents (16 years and over) and adults of all ages.
I am drawn to working with people who may be experiencing problems such as:
Stress and burnout
Grief and loss
Low self-worth and struggles with identity
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Anxiety and fear
Changes in mood
Adjustment and life transitions
Feeling lost and stuck
Feelings of loneliness or isolation
